      we stopped at marvel july 2016 and found the hotel very good overall, the only thing lets the hotel down is no tea coffee making in rooms and not enough sunbeds,i had to come and put our towels on sunbeds 6 am .

      Shame! I was here last year and it was a decent hotel. But this year we meet the women from hell at the reception, the wife of monster Bozo, Bozana. We arrived at 12 o clock, and she put us to wait 2 hours, to give us the worst room of the hotel. I asked for another room, and she screemed at me, she said that there were no another free rooms. But this is a big lie, there were rooms free for other people at 6 o'clock, 7, and even at 10p.m. Bozana ruin my vacantion ; I came here from 700 km to lissen her yealing at me? How this is possible? Her behavior is unacceptable, she is evil, the devil.

      Going back in 10 days time for the 6th year in a row....daughter, son-inlaw and grand daughter comming back for their second year.....staff from top to bottom are superb .....we just love it........

      Stayed at Jeravi last August 2016 Had a great time. Great staff, spotlessly clean and the food was fantastic and I am a fussy eater. Booked to go back in 3 weeks time which is a first for me returning to a hotel that I have previously stayed in. The White Rose in Nessebar is also great for food and drinks. Well worth a visit. Great food and drinks at unbelievable prices locals eat here so it must be good. Jeravi deserves a lot higher rating than 3 stars its an oasis and luxury in the often madness of Sunny Beach.

      My wife kids and I stayed at the Marvel Hotel 20/6/16--27/6/16 and what a fantastic time we had the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful even though their English is not the best (but my Bulgarian is even worse lol) even down to the maintenance as our air conditioning broke down but was fixed within the hour. The food was excellent but the let down was no tea or coffee facilities in the room and the kids club wasn't the best but overall the holiday was amazing and would definitely recommend this hotel and we would go back.

      Very,very bad hotel . Not clean, staff is not proffessional. Wi-fi not exist or very bad. In room is not internet. Hotel 4 stars ? No ! NO ! 1 stars , yes, with amability!

      Just came back from sunny beach. Globus hotel was very nice we had a swim in the heated pool every morn rooms were clean A bit noisy on a night , we stayed half board but food was awful restaurant staff just stood around doin nothing. No drinks for evening meal. Very repetitive. But eating out was very cheap and we actually lived like kings restaurants were all top notch and cheap. Would stay there again because it was in a good position for us but defo self catering or b&b nice hotel naff food Can't wait t go back to resort
